(to wit) Sarah Williams< no role > Widow Aged 36 years
and upwards Upon Oath saith that she was
Married to her late Husband Evan Williams< no role > at
the parish Church of St. Martin in the Fields on the
3d February 1782 (by Banns) that Subsequent thereof
her said late Husband Rented & Resided in an
Apartment at No:2 in Burleigh Street in the
parish of St Clement Danes in the County ofMiddlesex
Middlesex abt. Nine Months at the older Annual
Rent of £11 that they quitted that Lodging [..]
on or about the 25th. day of March 1791. [..] since
which her said Husband did not in his Life time
neither hath She this Deponent by Marriage or
otherwise since his Decease obtained any other
Subsequentlegal Settlement That her said
Husband Died on or about the 9th. day of January
last

That she hath Four Children by her said late
Husband [..] now living Namely William< no role > Born
on the 25th. April 1783. Sarah< no role > Born on the 18th
of November 1784 June Born on the 10th of November
1788 and Mary Ann< no role > Born on the 4th. day of October
1791.

That her said Husband left at the
time of his Death that he Informed he this Deponent which
she verity believes to be true [..]
one other Child [..]
Child was named And Aged Eighteen
Years on the 10th. October last [..] the Daughter
of Ann Williams< no role > a former Wife of this Deponents
said Husband [..] & legally Married
to him [..]
