(to wit) John Capeland< no role > Aged fifty five years
or thereabouts Upon his Oath saith that he Married
with his wife Sarah< no role > whose maidename was
Mayhew< no role > at Christ [..] Church [..] Spittalfield
about [..] 28 Years ago (by Banns) that since their
Marriage hath in Deponent resided in & rented a
House called the Fish in Strand Lane in the parish
of Saint Clement Danes about One year & nine
Months that he quitted the same aboutEighteen
Twenty two years ago and since hath not (by
any way or means whatever) acquired any
other legal Settlement And that he is Poor and
(at present) unable to support himself & Wife
