her said late Husband rented Apartment
corner of Air Street Piccadilly in the
Parish of Saint James in the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex
for Ten Years at the yearly rent of Ten
Pounds that he hath left the said
Apartments about Eighteen Months
since which time he hath not rented
any House Tenement or Lodging of
Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes or done
any Act Matter or thing whereby she
may have gained a Subsequent
Settlement
