to wit Sarah Needham< no role > aged
about 24 years upon her Oath Saith
that on or about the 23d day of Augt
1796 she intermarried with John Needham< no role >
her present Husband by banns at the
Parish Church of St Giles Cripplegate
by whom she hath two Children living
viz Martha< no role > aged 2 years and one not yet
named aged about 10 months that her said
Husband rented a House in Frances St
in the Parish of St Mary Newington in
the County of Surry for near 12 Months
at the yearly Rent of Twelve Guineas
that he hath left the said House about
Six Weeks since which time he hath
not Rented any House Tenement or
Lodging of ten Pounds a year paid Taxes
or done any other Act matter or thing
whereby he may have gained a Subsequent
Settlement to the best of this Examinants
knowledge or belief and this Examinant
further saith that on Tuesday last her said
Husband left her since which time she
hath not seen or heard any thing of him
