to wit Esther Cole< no role > aged about years
upon her Oath saith that on or about the 20th.
day of February now last past she this
Deponent Intermarried with James Cole< no role > her
Present Husband who is now from her at
the Parish Church of Saint Clement Danes That
her said Husband Served his Apprenticeship
to a Mr. Mc. Donald a Taylor near Clements
Inn gate in the said Parish and that after
he was out of his said Apprenticeship he
never Rented any house Tenement or Lodging
of Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes or done any
Act Matter or thing whereby he might have
gained a subsequent Settlement And further
this Deponent upon her Oath saith that her
said Husband has deserted her and refuses
to Allow her any Support and that she is
poor and unable to maintain herself
without Relief from the said parish of
Saint Clement Danes

day of April 1799
