Westmr.

to wit Tompson Davis< no role > Aged about Twenty Years on
behalf of his Father Thompson Davis< no role > who now lies ill
on his Oath Says that his said Father has four Children
now living by his late Mother Martha Tompson< no role > lately
deceased Vizth. this Examinant who never gained any
Settlement either by Renting House or serving any
Apprenticeship or living a hired Yearly Servant for one
Year And further say that his said Father has Three other
Children unprovided for Namely Elizabeth< no role > Aged about
Ten Years Thomas< no role > Aged about Seven Years & Martha< no role >
aged about five Years Says his said Father Rented
and lived in a House on Holbourn Hill in the Liberty
of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden in Ely Rents in the Parish
of Saint Andrew Holbourn in the County of Middlesex
for sevl. Years at the Yearly Rent of Thirty Pounds and
paid all Parish Taxes due for the same hath quitted
his said House about four Years ago and hath not since
he quitted the same ever Rented House paid Taxes or
done any or Act whereby to gain a Subsequent Settlement
as his said Father has often Informed him & believes the
same to be true
