Westmr.

to wit Ralph Miers< no role > aged about fifty Nine Years
on his Oath Says he Intermarried with his late Wife
at the Parish Church of St. Martin in the Fields
upwards of thirty Years ago and who has been dead
about Seven Months and by whom he hath no
Children livings Says he rented and lived in a House
the Corner of Little Wyld Street in the Parish of
St. Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlesex
upwards of One Year & an half at the Yearly Rent
of Twenty Pounds and paid all Parish Taxes due
for the same hath quitted the same upwards of
Twenty Eight Years ago and hath not since he
quitted the same ever Rented House paid Taxes
or done any Act whereby to gain a Subsequent
Settlement
