to wit Daniel Furzer< no role > Aged about Sixty One Years
on his Oath Says he Intermarried with his late Wife
at the Parish Church of Saint Giles's in the Fields in
the County of Middlesex about Thirty Years ago &
who has been dead about Twenty Seven Years ago and
by whom he hath no Children living Except a Daughter
who is married and provided for Says he served
five Years Clerkship with Mr. Thomas Heath< no role > an
Attorney at No.9 in New Inn his late Uncle deceased
and lived with him after he was out of Clerkship to the
time of his said Uncles Death upon whose Death this
Examinant Rented and lived in the same Chambers
and Carried on Business for himself for Many Years
and paid for the same the Yearly Rent of Eighteen Pounds and upwards
hath quitted the same upwards of fifteen Years ago
and hath not since he quitted his said Chambers ever
Rented House paid Taxes or lived a hired Yearly
Servant for one Year or done any or Act whereby to
gain a Subsequent Settlement
