Westmr.

to wit Elizth. Rogers< no role > Aged about fifty Six Years
on her Oath Says she is the Widow of Joseph Rogers< no role >
who has been dead about Ten Years and with whom
she intermarried at the Parish Church of St. Bennetts
Coal Wharf in the City of London about Twenty Eight
Years ago says that after her sd. Intermarriage with
her said late Husband He Rented and lived in a House
in Burleigh Street in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the Liberty of Westminster for several
Years at the Yearly Rent of Eighteen Pounds and
paid all parish Taxes due for the same hath quitted
same about Twenty Years ago & says that her said
late Husband after quitted the same never Rented
House or Paid Taxes neither hath this Examinant
since her said Husbands Death done Any Act
whereby to gain a Subsequent Settlement.
