the County of Middlesex on behalf of Mary Ricketts< no role > a
Lunatic upon Oath says he has been informed and
which Information he verily believes to be true that
the said Mary Ricketts< no role > lived a hired Yearly Servant
with Mrs. Alley in this deponents house in Craven
Buildings abovementioned for Ten Years and upwards
at the Yearly Wages of five Pounds and hath
quitted her said Service three Months or thereabove
