Says she Lived a Hired Yearly Servant
with Mr. Phillips a Pastry Cook the Corner
of Norfolk Street in the Strand in the Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx
Three Years & upwards at the Yearly Wages of
four Pounds Quitted said Service upwards of
One Year & hath not Since Rented House
paid Taxes or Lived a Hired Yearly Servant
for One Year And further upon her Voluntary
Oath Says she is Pregnant with Child or
Children which is likely to be Born a Bastard
or Bastards & to become Chargeable to the
said Parish of St. Clement Danes she being
Poor & unable to Maintain the same when
