Smith at the Sign of the Coach Horses at
Temple Bar in the Parish of St. Clement Danes
in the Liberty of Westmr. upwards of One
Year at the Yearly Wages of Three Pounds
hath quitted said Service about five Years
and hath not since Rented House paid Taxes
or Lived a Hired Yearly Sert for One Year
And further upon her Voluntary Oath Says
she is Pregnant with Child or Children which
is likely to be Born a Bastard or Bastards and
to Become Chargeable to the said Parish of
St. Clement Danes she being Poor & unable
to Maintain the same when Born Says
