was Bound Apprentice by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of St. Sepulchres in
the City of London to Miss Jenkins a Milliner
in the Strand in ye Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middx with whom
she Lived about three Years and then Went
away and never was Assigned over to any
Person Rented House paid Taxes or Lived a
Hired Yearly Sert. for One Year And further
upon her Voluntary Oath Says she is Pregnant
with Child or Children which is Likely to be
Born a Bastard or Bastards & to Become
