Hannah Hawkins< no role > aged about 28 Years
upon Oath says she was never Married and that she
lived a hired Yearly Servant with John Sadd< no role > in Old Boswell
Court in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty of
Westmr. within the County of Middlesex for One Year and a
half at the Yearly Wages of Three pounds & ten Shillings
hath quitted said Service about three Years & hath not
since Rented House paid Taxes or lived a hired
Yearly Servant for one Year and further upon her
Voluntary Oath says that sometime in the Month of
November 1763 she was delivered of a Male bastard
Child in the house of Mrs. Robertson in Newtoner's Lane
in the Parish of St. Giles in the fields in the said County
of Middlesex which hath since been baptized Thomas< no role >
and is now living and become chargeable to the aforesaid
Parish of St. Clement Danes , says that a Black whose
Name was Thomas did beget the said Male Bastard
Child on her body he having had carnal knowledge of
her body sevl. times at one of which times he got her with
Child of the Male Bastard Child of which she was
delivered as aforesaid and that the said Thomas and or
other Person did beget the same
