of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middx of the Yearly Rent of
Ten Pounds Ten Shillings and lived therein
upwards of Two Years and hath quitted the same
about Five Years and hath not since Rented
House or Paid Taxes
