Hannah Filter< no role > aged about 23 Years Lodging at Mr. Scotts
in Portugal Street in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster upon
Oath says She was never Married and that She is pregnant
with Child or Children which is likely to be born a Bastard or
Bastards and to become chargeable to the said Parish of St.
Clement Danes She being Poor and unable to Maintain the same
when born And further upon her Voluntary Oath Says
that Jeremiah Gibison< no role > Son of Mr. Gibison Attorney at Law in
Hernlock Court in the said Parish of St. Clement Danes did
beget the said Bastard Child or Children on her Body he the said
Jeremiah Gibison< no role > having had Carnal knowledge of this Examinants
Body in the Month of May last at the House of Mr. Pepper
in Grange Court in the sd. Parish of St. Clement Danes (with
whom She then lived a Servant ) and at several other times since
at one of which times he got her with Child of the said Child or
Children with which She is now pregnant
