Clemt. Danes in the County of Middx wch. hath
Since been Baptized by the name of John Says that
One Saml. Sparrow< no role > an Apothecary did beget the sd.
Male Bastard Child he having had Carnall knowledge
of this Examinant in the Month of March last & at Sevll.
other times since at one of wch. times he get her with
Child of the Male Bastard Child she was delivered of
as aforesd. Says the sd. Child is liveing & likely to become
Chargeable the sd. Parish She being poor & unable
to maintain the same
