Jane Perry< no role > aged about 30 Years Lodging at Mr.
Longvill's near the five Bell Tavern in Wych Street in
the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex upon Oath saith That on or about the
Ninth day of August 1760 she was Delivered of a
Female Bastard Child in the House of the said Mr.
Longvill in Wych Street in the Parish aforesaid
which hath since been Baptized by the Name of
Sarah and that the same is yet living and likely to
become Chargeable to the said Parish of St. Clement
Danes she being poor and unable to provide for it,
And that James Martin< no role > a Shoemaker did beget
such Child theyhe having Cohabited togetherwith me as Man
and wife several Years and that no other Person
did beget the Same and that the said James Martin< no role >
is gone away & saith she doth not know where
he is to be found.
