Catherine Peirson< no role > aged upwards of 27 Years
upon her Oath saith she was never married
And that she lived a Yearly hired Servant
with Mr. Peale at Barnett Castle [..]
ofin the County of
Durham at the Yearly Wages of £3 for the
Space of one Yr. & Six Months or thereabouts
& hath left her sd. Service about 4 Years
& hath not since Rented ten pounds a Year
paid Parish Taxes lived with any person
as a Yearly hired Servants for one Year or
otherwise gained a Settlement in any other
Place to her knowledge or beleif And further
upon her Voluntary Oath saith she was
Delivered of a Male Bastard Child on the
4th. Day of May last in the House of Mr.
Ridgement in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex which hath
since been Baptized Richard & is become
Chargeable to the sd. Parish of St Clement Danes
she being Poor & unable to maintain the same
