Street in the Parish of St. Clement Danes of the Yearly
Rent of £20. & lived in the same 9 Yrs. & upwds. being a
Wido. during all that time that since she left the sd.
House she hath not rented ten Pounds a Year paid
Parish Taxes lived with any person as a Yearly hired
Servant for one Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt.
in any other place to her knowledge or beleife & that
she is now poor & not able to maintain herself
