Pleasant Burt< no role > Singlewoman upon her Oath saith
that on the 31st. Day of July last she was delivered
of a Male Bastard Child in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middx which hath since
been Baptized William & is become Chargeable
to the said Parish & that one George Leeke< no role > Hackney
Coachman did begett the said Child on her Body
she being at a Publick house over against St. Giles
Pound on the 28th. Day of October last with the said
George Leeke< no role > where he had Carnall knowledge of
her Body sevll. times at one of which times he the
sd. George Leeke< no role > gott her with Child of the said
Male Bastard Child which she was delivered of
as aforesaid & that the sd. George Leeke< no role > & no other
Person is the true & reall Father thereof
