Sarah Sandford< no role > aged about Sixteen Years Removed
from the Parish of St. Bridgett vulgarly St. Brides
London by Order Dated the 10th. Day of June 1743
upon her Voluntary Oath saith that she is pregnt.
with Child or Children which is likely to be borne
a Bastard or Bastards & to become Chargeable to
the Parish of St. Clement Danes she being Poor
& not able to maintain the same when born
And that one James Cooper< no role > Button maker did
Begett the sd. Child or Children on her Body she
at such time liveing with her Aunt in the sd. Parish
of St. Bride London where the sd. James Cooper< no role >
became acquainted with her & had Carnall
knowledge of her Body several times in the
Month of May last at one of which times he
gott her with Child of the sd. Bastard Child or
Childn. with which she is now pregnant & that
he the sd. James Cooper< no role > & no other Person is the
true & reall Father thereof
