saith that on the 3d- Day of Septembr- abt. 20 Yrs- since he
intermarried with his prest. Wife Theodosia< no role > at
Pyke Church in ye. County of Worcester that abt. 28 Yrs. since he
was bound an Apprentice to & served 4 Yrs. the
latter Part of his Apprentiship with Mr. Jno-
Glennisson
< no role > in Stanhope Street in the Parish of
St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx that
since his said Apprentiship he hath not rented
ten Pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes lived with
any Person as a Yearly hired Servant for the Space
of one Year or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in
any other Place to his knowledge or beleif that
he hath 3 Childn. viz: Eliz:< no role > aged abt. 13 Yrs. Ann< no role >
aged abt. 11 Yrs. & Jno.< no role > aged abt. 9 Yrs. & being Poor is
not able to maintain them
