her Oath saith that on the 10th. Day of Septr.
1729 she Intermarried with her sd. late Hasbd.
Maximilian Bates who hath been dead abt. nine
Years that the sd. Maximilian Bates lived in &
rented a House in Portugal Street in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty
of Westmr . for the Space of one Year & upwards
at the Yearly Rent of 20.£. & upwds & hath
left the same upwards of Twenty Years that
since he left the sd. House he in his Life nor this
Examinant since his Death never rented
Ten Pounds a Year paid parish Taxes lived
with any Person as a Yearly hired Servt. for
the Space of one Year or otherwise gained a
Settlemt. in any other Place to her knowledge or
beleife
