Mary Tristram< no role > Wife of James Tristram< no role > upon her
Oath saith that she intermarried with her Sd. Husband
James Tristram on or abt. the 19th. Day of Septr. 1735 at
the Fleet London & that her Husband was bound an Apprentice
to & served Five Years the First Part of his Apprentiship with
one Mr. Edwards in St. Clements Lane in the Parish of St. Clemt.
Danes in the County of Middx Shoemaker & then the Sd. Mr.
Edwards Dyed that he never was an apprentice lived with any Person as a Yearly hired
Servt. rented Ten Pounds a Year Pd. Parish Taxes or otherwise
gained a Settlemt. in any other Place to her knowledge or belief
that he now absconds from her that she hath Two Childn. viz
Elizabeth< no role > aged Two Yrs. & upwds & Sarah< no role > aged abt. 3 Months
& being Poor is not able to maintaine them
