Years ago Saml. Cowen< no role > the Father of the sd. Infant
lived in & rented a House in Howard Street in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx .
of the Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds & upwds. or the Space
of One Year & upwds. to the Best of his knowledge
& beleife that since he left the sd. House he hath
not rented Ten Pounds a Year pd. Parish Taxes
lived with any Person as a Yearly hired Servt.
for the Space of One Year or otherwise gained
a Settlemt. in any other Place to his her knowledge
or beleife that the sd. Saml. Cowen< no role > is a Surgeon
in Coll Mortons Regiment of Marines now
abroad with Admirall Vernon & the sd. Infant is
left unprovided for
