saith that she Intermarried with her sd. late Husband James Nixon< no role > on or abt. the 8th Decr. 1723 & that about Sixteen Years ago her sd. late Husband
lived in and rented a House in the Fore Street by the Strand [..] in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex
at the Yearly Rent of Thirty Pounds and upwards for
the Space of one Year or thereabts. thather sd.
late Husband never after in his Life Time rented Ten
Pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes nor hath this
Examinant since his Death rented Ten Pounds a Yr.
paid Parish Taxes lived with any Person as a Yearly
hired Servt. for the Space of One Year or otherwise
gained a Settlemt- in any other Place to her knowledge
or beleife
