Margarett Hind< no role > upon her Oath saith that she is a
Singlewoman and was never married and that she was
bound an Apprentice to & served near seven Years Apprentisipp
with one Mr. Thos. Elliot< no role > in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes
in the County of Middx & still Continues to live as a Servt .
with the sd. Mr. Elliott & further upon her Voluntary Oath
saith that she is pregnant with Child or Children which
when born will be a Bastard or Bastards and likely to
become Chargeable to the sd. Parish of St. Clement Danes she
not being able to maintaine the same when born & that
one Chas. Clark< no role > a Servt . to one Mr. Lampton in Lincolns
Inn did begett the sd. Child or Children on her Body she
this Examinant she took a Walk abt- Nine Weeks ago with
the sd. Chas. Clark< no role > to St. Pancras Church & Comeing backover
the Fields he the sd. Thos. Clark< no role > laid this Examinant down
upon the Grass & had Carnall Knowledge of her Body at when
Time he got her with the sd. Bastard Child with which she
is now pregnant & that he the sd. Chas. Clark & no other
Person is the true & reall Father thereof
