Anne Lindsey< no role > aged abt. Twenty Three Years
upon her Oath saith that she is a Singlewoman
& was never married & further upon her Voluntary
Oath saith that on the 6th- Day of December 1739
she was delivered of a Male Bastard Child in
Little Sheir Lane in the Parish of St- Clemt- Danes
in the County of Middx which hath since been
baptized James< no role > & is now liveing & likely to become
Chargeable to the same & that one Savell
Peacock
< no role > a Baker did begett the sd. Child on her
Body she at such Time lodging with one Mrs.
Hawkins in St. John Street in the Parish of St.
James Clerkenwell in the County of Middx aforesd.
where the sd. Savell Peacock< no role > had Carnall
Knowledge of her Body in the Month of March
1738/9 and at sevll. other Times since at one
of which Times he got her with the sd. Bastard
Child which she was delivered of as aforesd. & Yn.
he & no other Person is the True & Reall Father
thereof
