Eleanor Moore< no role > upon her Oath saith that
she is a Singlewoman & was never Married
& that abt. Three years ago she lived a Yearly hired Servant with
one Mrs. Fortune in Witch Street in the Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westmr . & County of Middx
for the Space of One Year & upwards at the
Yearly Wages of Four Pounds & hath not
since that Time rented Ten Pounds a Yr.
pd. Parish Taxes lived with any other Person
as a Yearly hired Servt. for the Space of one
Yr. or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other
Place to her knowledge or beleife And further
upon her Oath saith that on the 25th
Day of June last she was delivered of a
Female Bastard Child at one Mr. Richmonds
in Drury Lane in the sd. Parish of St. Clemt.
Danes which hath since been baptized
Catherine< no role > & that one Wm. Merridith a Cabinet
Maker did begett the sd. Child on her Body she
this Examinant & the sd. Wm- Merridith< no role > living
togeather as Man & Wife in Conduit Court
in Long Acre St. Martin in the Feilds
