< no role > was Bound an Apprentice to & Served Seven Years
apprentishipp with one Mrs. Applewhite Typemaker
in Bainbridge Street in the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middx and further Saith that
her sd. Husband in his Lifetime nor this Examnt since
his Death never Rented any House or lived a Yearly
hired Servt. with any Person for the space of one Year
or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in any other place to
her knowledge or beleife and is now sick & Poor & not
able to maintaine herselfe.
