in ye Parrish of St. Clements Danes in ye. County of
Middlesex ; taken upon Oath this 29th Day of
December 1758 before us Willm Russell< no role > Esqr .
& the Revd. James Plowden< no role > Clark Two of his Majesties
Justices [..] for ye sd County.

This Examinant upon her Oath Saith that She is ye true &
Lawfull Wife of Mr Edd. Angier< no role > late an Apothecary in Essex
Street in ye Strand in ye County of Middlesex but now living
as She has heard & beleives in ye Island of Jamaica
That during his Residence in Essex Street He Rented a House
of Sixty Pounds a Year & paid to Church & Poor & other Rates
Charged upon ye sd. House: & that to ye best of this Examinants
knowledge Her sd. Husbd. never did any one Act whatever
to gain any Settlemt. Elsewhere Since He lived in Essex
Street before He went to Jamaica where He has lived
many Years; & is as She veryly beleives living then Still
& Further Saith not.
