Voluntary Oath says she was bound an Apprentice
by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Saviour in Southwark
to Joseph Rowlington< no role > in little Grays Inn
Lane in the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
until she should attain the Age of twenty
one years or Marriage & served three yrs.
the latter part of her said Apprenticeship
with Mrs. Lucas a Washerwoman in Arrundel
Street in the Parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the
County of Middx says she is pregnant
with Child or Children which is likely to
be born a Bastard or Bastards & to become
Chargeable to the said Parish of St. Clemt. Danes
where she now lodges she being poor &
unable to maintain the same when born
& that one Richd. Lucas< no role > a Rulemaker
did beget the sd. Child or Children on her
