Sarah Hoy< no role > aged abt. Sixty Years upon Oath
says She is the Widow of Charles Hoy< no role > who hath
been dead abt. Twenty Years says the said Chas.
Hoy informed this Examinant & which Informacon
she believes to be true that he was born & served
his Apprenticeship in Willington in the County
of Somerset Says he never Rented Ten Pounds
a Year paid Parish Taxes or lived a hired
Yearly Servant for one Year to her knowledge
Says She hath not since his Death Rented Ten
Pounds a Year or paid Parish Taxes Says abt.
Sixteen Years ago She this Examinant lived a
hired Yearly Servant with Dr. Jennings in
Castle Street in the Parish of St. Ann in the
Liberty of Westmr. for one Year & upwards at the
Yearly Wages of Four Pounds Ten Shillings
but had at that time a Daughter living (to wit)
Mary< no role > aged abt. Twelve Years
