County of Middx. & served him three Years & a
half the First part of his Apprenticeship & then
his said Master Dyed & never was assigned over
to any other Person as her said Husband hath
informed her & as She verily believes Says her sd.
late Husband never Rented Ten Pounds a Year
Paid Parish Taxes was a Yearly Servant for
one Year or Served any Parochial Office Says
She hath two Children by her said Husband
(Videlicet) John< no role > aged abt. Eleven Years and
Eleanor< no role > aged abt. Eight Years Says her sd. late
Husband died the third Day of this Instant
June & She being poor is not able to maintain
herself & Children
