her Voluntary Oath Saith She never was married
and that she lived a yearly Servant with Mr. Randolph
in Surry Street in the Parish of St Clement Danes in the
County of Middlesex near two Years at the yearly Wages
of £5. that she quitted her sd service abt. four years ago
and has not since rented Ten Pounds by the year
Paid parish taxes nor lived a yearly Servant
for one Year and this Dept. further when tarily
maketh Oath that she is Pregnt. with Child or Childn.
which is likely to be born a bastard or bastards
and to become Chargeable to the sd. Parish of
St Clemt. Danes she being Poor and unable to
maintain the same when born and that Rd Maile< no role >
a mason did beget the sd. bastard Child or Children
on her body the sd. Rd Maile having had Carnal
knowledge of this Examinant thrice in the
months of April and May last at one of which
times he got her with Child of the sd. bastard Child or
Childn. with which she is now pregnant and that
the said Rd Maile and no other person is the true &
real father thereof
