Martha Higgens< no role > aged near 23 Years upon her
Voluntary Oath Saith she never was married &
that on the 23d. Day of August last she was delivered of
a male Stilborn bastard Child at Nurse Davisons in old
Boswell Court in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the
County of Middx at the Charge of the Inhabitants of
the said Parish and that James Boots< no role > a watchman
of Mr Snow the Banker did beget the said Male Stilborn
bastard Child on her body the sd. James Boots< no role > having
had carnal knowledge of this Examinant twice
in the Months of November & January last at one of which times
he got her with Child of the sd. Male Stilborn bastard
Child of which she was delivered as aforesaid and
that the said James Boots< no role > and no other person is
the true and real father thereof
