she never was married and she further voluntarily
maketh Oath that she is pregnant with Child or Childn.
which is likely to be born a bastard or bastards and
to become Chargeable to the Parish of St Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex (Where she now
lodges) she being Poor and unable to maintain the
same when born and that Thomas Axford< no role > of
Child or Children on her body the said Thomas Axford< no role >
having had carnal knowledge of this Examinant
twice in the latter End of January or beginning
of February last at one of which times he got her
with Child of the sd. bastard Child or Children with
which she is now pregnant & that the sd. Thomas Axford< no role >
& no man else is the true and real father thereof
