Mr Nixon at the Dolphin Alehouse opposite Essex Street
in the Strand at the Yearly Wages of Fifty Shillings
& continued with the sd Mr Nixon (& with his Wido . after
his Decease) under the sd. Agreement for Sixteen Months
during all which time he lay at his Masters house
(the Dolphin afsd.) and has not since rented ten pounds
a Year paid Parish Taxes or lived a Yearly Servt.
