Westr.

Mary King< no role > aged upwds. of 23 Yrs. upon Oath saith she
never was married and that she lived a Yearly Servant
with Mr Law in Clements Inn in the parish of St. Clemt
Danes in the Liberty of Westmr. [..] one Year & upwards
at the Yearly wages of Four pounds and was discharged
from her sd Service about a fortnight ago And further
upon her Voluntary Oath Saith she was delivered of a
male bastard Child on the fourteenth Day of Septr.
Instant at Mrs. Walkers one of the parish Nurses
of St Clement Danes in Witch Alley in the said
Parish which was baptized Wm< no role > [..] & is still
Chargeable to the said parish And that Leonard
Lambert
< no role > late a Servt. to Mr. Rolley of Clemts. Inn afsd
did beget the said male bastard Child on her body
the said Leonard Lambert< no role > having had carnal
knowledge of this Examinant thrice in the Month
of December last at one of which times he got her
with Child of the sd. male bastard Child of which she
was delivered as aforesd. & that the sd. Leonard Lambert< no role >
& no other person is the true & real father thereof
