Mary Kew< no role > aged upwds. of 20 Years upon Oath saith she
never was married and that she is a Native of Ireland and
never gained a Settlement in England and further upon
her Voluntary Oath Saith she is pregnant with Child or
Children which is likely to be born a bastard or bastards
and to become Chargeable to the Parish of St. Clement
Danes Middx (where she at present lives) she being poor
and unable to maintain the Same when born and that
John Caper< no role > Journeyman to Mr Butler Apothecary near
Temple bar did beget the said bastard Child or Childn.
on her body this Examinant at that time living a Servt
at the Said Mr Butlers; there the sd. John Caper< no role > had
carnal knowledge of her body in August last and at
several other times since at one of which times he
got her with Child of the said bastard Child or
Children with which she is now pregnant and that
the said John Caper< no role > and no other Person is the true &
real father thereof
