Edwd. Finch< no role > aged about 42 years upon Oath Saith
he was bound Apprentice for three years to Mr James Stephens< no role >
Haberdasher of Hatts by Indenture dated the 5th. of January 1727
and lived as an Apprentice with his said master near the
little Savoy Gate in the Strand in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex near two years at the
End of which time his Master broke and this Examinant
never was assigned over to any person nor ever Rented
ten Pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes lived a Yearly Servt.
for one Year or otherwise gained a Settlement in any
other place to his knowledge or beleif
