to wit Samuel Wheeler< no role > aged about 65
years on his Oath says he Intermarried
to Mary< no role > his Wife at the Parish Church of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch about Twenty years ago
and by whom he hath no Child or Children living
Says he rented and lived in a House in King [..] Street
in the Parish of Saint Luke Old Street in
the County of Middlesex for Nine Years
or thereabouts at the Yearly Rent of
fourteen pounds, and that since he
quitted the said House he has not
rented any House or Tenement of ten
pounds a Year, lived as an hired Yearly
Servant or done any Act Matter or Thing
Whereby to the best of his Knowledge he
may have gained a Settlement else
where than in the said Parish of Saint
Luke old Street and that is poor
and ill and unable to Maintain himself

Sworn this 16th.
