to wit Wm. Spencer< no role > aged upwards of Forty four
years on his Oath says he Intermarried to his Wife Phoebe< no role >
(gone from him) at the Parish Church of St. James
Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex about Twenty years
ago and by whom he hath two Children living (Vizt.) James< no role > aged
about Seventeen years now provided for and Thos< no role > . aged about
Ten years who never gained any Settlemt. Says he served seven
years Apprenticeship with one Thos. Brignall< no role > a Butcher in
Aldersgate Street in the Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldersgate London and after he was out of his sd. Apprentices
he never gained any or. Settlement either by Renting House
Tenemt. or Lodging of Ten Pounds a year or or.wise
howsoever
