Parish of St. Martin in the fields in the Liberty of Westmr .
& County of Middlesex for two years at the yearly Rent of
twenty Pounds & paid Parish Taxes due for the same hath
quitted said House upwards of Eighteen Months ago since
which time she hath gained no other Subsequent
Settlement
