she lived a hired Yearly Servant with Mrs. Flynn in Norfolk
Street in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex upwards of 18 Months at the yearly Wages of £6
hath quitted her said Service about 6 Months ago since which
time she hath gained no other Settlement And further
Says that on the 23d. day of March last past she was delivered
of a Female Bastard Child in St. Georges Hospital Hyde
Park Corner which hath since been baptized Elizth< no role > . and is
become Chargeable to the said Parish of St. Clement Danes
And further says that one John Edginton< no role > a footman to one
Captain Perry who lately lived at Bromley in the County of Kent
and who is now at the Town of Montgomery in the Principality
of Wales & is Expected in Town very soon he the said John
Edington< no role > having had Carnal Knowledge of this Examinants
Body in her said Mistresses House in Norfolk Street afsd. in
the Month of June 1782 and at Sevl. different times afterwds.
at one of which times he got her with Child of the Female
Bastard Child of which she was so delivered as aforesaid and
that the said John Edington< no role > & no or. Person did beget the
same & that he is the real & true father thereof.
