to wit Dorothy Collett< no role > Aged about Twenty Six Years on her
Oath Says she never was married Rented House or paid Taxes
Says she lived as a hired Yearly Servant with Mr. William
Walker
< no role > a Sugar Factor in Well Close Square in the Parish of
Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex for
one Year and upwards at the Yearly Wages of Seven pounds
hath Quitted her said Service upwards of Three Years ago since
which time she hath never lived as a hired Yearly Servant for
One Year And further on her Oath Says that on the 16th. day of
of February 1781 she was delivered of a Male Bastard Child
in the House of Mr. Davis a Hairdresser facing St. Clement
Church Strand which hath since been baptized William and
is become Chargable to the last mentioned Parish she being
Poor and unable to maintain the same And further says that
the said Mr. Walker her said late Master and no other person
is the real and true Father thereof
