to wit Mary Fry< no role > Aged about Twenty Six Years on her Oath says
She never was Married Rented House or Paid Taxes says she lived
a hired yearly Servant with Mr. Holloway at the Crown and
Anchor Tavern in the Strand in the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex for Thirteen Months at the yearly
Wages of Seven Pounds since which time She hath gained no
other Settlement And further upon her Voluntary Oath says She
is Pregnant with Child or Children which is or are likely to be
born a Bastard or Bastards and to become Chargeable to the said
Parish of Saint Clement Danes She being Poor and unable to
Maintain the same when born and that one John Young< no role > an
Apprentice to her Master did beget such Bastard Child or Children
on her Body he having had Carnal knowledge of her Body in her
said Masters House about the Middle of May last but the
Particular Day She does not now remember and at several
Different times afterwards at one of which times he got her
with Child of the Child or Children of which She is now
Pregnant And that the said John Young< no role > and no other
Person did beget the same and that he is the real and
true Father thereof
