at the the Parish of Saint Olave in the City of York

Doctors Commons about four Years ago & in or about
Michaelmas Term last the said Richard Perkins< no role >
Obtained a Divorce therein And this Examinant ap [..]
her Voluntary Oath Says she is pregnant with Cla [..]
or Children which is or are likely to be born a Bastard
or Bastards and to become Chargable to the Parish of
St. Clement Danes (where she now lodges) she being P [..]
and unable to maintain the same when born Says the
the aforesaid Richd. Perkins the Younger< no role > had Carnal
Knowledge of her Body at a house facing Drury
Lane Play House in Catherine Street and at one other
time at a House near Lincolns Inn Fields but the [..]
Names or Signs she does not remember some time in
the Month of April last or the beginning of May and at [..]
other time afterwards atone of which time she got her w [..]
Child of the Child or Children of which she is now [..]
pregnant And that the said Richard Perkins< no role > the Ygr
who now lives at Messrs. Dudley & Lanes Lace Shop in
Tavistock Street and no other person did beget the same
and that he is the real and true Father thereof.
