of Eleanor Talks< no role > an Infant aged upwards of Eleven Years
a Bastard born on the Body of Patience Talks< no role > Widow
since deceased at the House of one John Surry< no role > at the
Sign of the Shepherd & Flock in High Street in the
Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone in the County of Middlesex
and the Examinant further says he never was
Married to the said Patience Talks< no role > but that he had
she aforesaid Eleanor Talks< no role > by the aforesaid Patience
and can give no further or other Account of the
Settlement of the said Patience than as aforesaid
and this Examinant further says that he is Poor
and unable to Maintain the said Child and that
She the said Eleanor Talks< no role > hath gained no other
Settlement Otherwise than by Birth as this
Examinant Verily believes
